What Is Body Ready Method® (BRM®)?
BRM® is an evidence-based approach that optimizes movement, alignment, and body balance to support a more functional pregnancy, efficient birth, and smoother recovery. Using the 5 Pillars of BRM®—Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic Floor, and Movement Patterns—we train the body specifically for the task at hand: pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
BRM® empowers expecting and birthing families to take control of the controllables. It allows you to feel resilient, strong in your body, and prepared for the incredible journey through birth—regardless of the type of birth you are planning or end up having.

These 1-on-1 sessions are tailored to your unique body and goals. Each session includes a personalized movement assessment, body balancing techniques, and actionable strategies to help you feel strong, aligned, and truly ready for birth and beyond.
Sessions are offered in-office or virtually. If you are outside my service area, virtual sessions are a wonderful option!
What to Expect in Your BRM® Session
1. Connect
We discuss your goals, review your physical, emotional, and reproductive history, and talk about any current aches, pains, or concerns. I want to get to know you as a complete package—your job, childcare, hobbies, and life all matter.
2. Assess
We go through a series of physical movements to assess where your body might be gripping and holding tension, and what parts need a little attention to work more effectively. We look at the entire person, from head to toe.
3. Plan
We design a unique set of tools to help shift your body toward better alignment, balance, and readiness for birth and postpartum.

End of Pregnancy Intensive Session

An intensive session for those who are:
Experiencing prodromal labor
Facing an upcoming induction
