At your first prenatal appointment, we go over your ideas for labor and pain management. The second prenatal explores early labor, packing your bags, and comfort techniques — in person or virtually.
During your labor, we provide position ideas and resources, remind you of your plans and goals, and ensure you feel safe, heard, and respected — while encouraging your partner to eat, drink, and rest.
As attention shifts to your newest addition, our attention remains on you — supporting your Golden Hour of skin to skin and offering guidance as you begin breastfeeding, with special attention to baby's first latch.
