## Who this is
Cascade Doula Care is a birth and postpartum doula practice owned and led by Nicole Lakey, a birth doula and certified Body Ready Method® Pro, with a team of three additional doulas. It serves Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Los Gatos and surrounding areas. Consultation rooms are in Santa Cruz and Los Gatos.

Doulas are not medical providers. Nicole and her team support the family alongside the family's own midwife, OB, or hospital team. They do not deliver babies.
